I wanted freedom from my ineptitude. I was unemployed and broke, completely relying on my parents for money. Again, it feels like regressing into a kid. Not having control over your life has become the reason why I was so depressed. My parents have always been okay about everything. In fact, they wanted me to stay at home. Back in college, I’ve alwalys envisioned myself flying to New York to search for opportunities but when I graduated, my visions of becoming a successful businesswoman became hazy.
Now I’m stuck in our house, back to square one. Having no income makes you feel helpless. I was ultimately frustrated to find myself a job and so I tried searching for job postings that I may qualify for at job centre online. Now, I’m slowly launching myself. Someday, I can reach greater heights. It’s always a step by step process. Hastes, they say, makes waste.

It’s just a matter of time before free online phone calls become a reality. Let’s face it so many things on the Internet are free and monetized by ad placement that it just makes logical sense that online phone calls will be free and monetized via ad serving technology at some point.
When we are able to make free online phone calls we will no longer need to pay our monthly penance to the big boy telecom companies because the Internet and open source software will have liberated us from the death grips they have around us.
I know you might think I’m just a dreamer and a schemer and that none of this is true. But even Steve Jobs had his naysayers and so will I. My belief in free online Internet communication is coming closer to a reality with every passing year. If I were the CEO of a big telco I would be very afraid.

For the new company orientation, we wanted to put together little goodie baskets for all of the employees. They will have company information and paraphernalia, as well as lots of little things that are far more fun such as candies and pens and other things that will make everyone feel welcome. We’re even going to get custom boxes made that have the company’s logo on them and so forth so that people feel at home and so that they feel like they really belong to part of a team. We want to stress teamwork at this year’s orientation, because we had some time last year when we weren’t all on the same page and it was slightly disheartening. We want to ensure that everybody feels comfortable dedicating to the team and that everyone feels good making decisions that are beneficial to everyone on the whole. It’s a team-first environment and culture that we’re creating.

Due to the amazing economy adjustments lately I’ve recently cancelled my gym membership. This is a bit scary to me because I really love going to the gym and working out. What I’ve decided to do instead is to try to workout at home like this site talks about. There are actually some pretty decent workouts that can be done from the comfort of your own home. The results are not always as impressive but they are still pretty good.
The overall disadvantage is that you can’t really gain as much muscle by doing workouts without weights. What you can do though, is diet smarter and eat healthier. This is great because this means that you don’t have to work as hard to get good results. You can get really strong and defined without ever stepping foot in a gym. I know this because my brother has never worked out and he looks great. All he does are some pushups here and there as well as some cardio while playing sports and he stays in great shape throughout the year.
